Product Description:
The Batch Controller / Totalizer Flow Indicator is a microprocessor-based instrument designed for accurate measurement, display, and control of liquid flow in industrial processes. It receives input from a flow sensor (pulse, 4–20 mA, or frequency signal) and calculates both instantaneous flow rate and totalized volume.
The batch controller function allows automatic dispensing or filling of a preset quantity of liquid. Once the desired volume is reached, it sends a control signal to open or close a valve or pump, ensuring precise batching, dosing, or filling operations.
This unit is widely used in water treatment plants, chemical dosing, fuel transfer, food processing, and industrial automation systems.
